This three-part seminar explores the rapidly evolving landscape of generative artificial intelligence (AI) and some of its emergingimplications for the future of work. We will delve into a selection of the challenges andopportunities presented by this disruptive technology, focusing on a theoretical, experimental,and human-centered approach. The course is structured around three core themes: Experimentation, Integration, and Adoption. We will examine research, best practices, and real-world case insights to understand how individuals and organizations can begin to moreeffectively navigate the changing nature of work in the Age of Intelligence. The course emphasizes a hands-on, applied approach, encouraging participants to connect course concepts to their own diverse professional contexts.
