Through real-world use cases and simple frameworks, you will learn how to identify high-impact use cases, manage risks, and ask the right questions of vendors and teams. The result will be a practical playbook for working smarter with AI. No technical background with AI required.

Additionally, you will learn to develop and apply appropriate AI governance structures and usage policies taking into consideration local, state, and federal legal implications. Finally, you will also be capable of applying governance and usage policies to real-life scenarios, including identification of risks and benefits to particular use cases.
Applied AI: Experimentations, Simulations, & Forward-Looking Trends, Madeline Mitchell, AI Executive in Residence, UCO College of Business and former Deloitte Senior Manager

Finally, we will step into an interactive simulation aimed at working with cross-functional teams and evaluating the tradeoffs of innovation with risk. Case studies from startups to the enterprise and across energy, aerospace, and healthcare sectors will ground the discussion throughout. We will close with a forward-looking view of how Oklahoma can lead in the next wave of AI innovation.
