This bundle includes all six Career Advantage micro-credential sessions at a discounted rate. If you would like to access only a select number of sessions, you may purchase them individually at full price.
Micro-credentials demonstrate your knowledge, skills and abilities and create a more complete picture of your capabilities. You can earn a micro-credential through the completion of a course, workshop, internship, or other learning experience. Once it has been verified that you performed satisfactorily to earn the micro-credential, you will be issued a micro-credential digital badge.
LX Studio's Career Advantage workshop series comprises six leadership development sessions. For each session in which a participant demonstrates adequate competency, they may earn a micro-credential. Those who earn all six micro-credentials will automatically be issued the namesake Career Advantage micro-credential, which underscores their newly acquired abilities. Earners of the Career Advantage digital badge possess the essential skills of an emerging leader in the workforce.

Bucky Dodd, Ph.D. is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant at ClearKinetic, a boutique consultancy specializing in creating one-of-a-kind education and training solutions.
As a creative designer, master facilitator, and results-driven strategist, Dr. Dodd brings a wealth of experience and expertise to developing education and training solutions that unify sound learning and business practices. He has been recognized internationally for his consulting and design expertise and has a proven record of leading innovation initiatives in associations, corporate, government, and education organizations.
Trevor Cox, Ph.D. is the Director of Learning Innovation and Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership at the University of Central Oklahoma. He is a teacher, scholar, and practitioner of leadership. In his Director role, he oversees UCO's online degree programs and initiatives as well as LX Studio, a center for innovation in higher education, specifically focused on creating learning spaces and rigorous micro-credentials to help people build their resumes and skill sets for the workplace. Dr. Cox conducts research and training on inclusive leadership and adult education, with several published book chapters in these areas.
