This course equips participants with a structured framework for evaluating which work processes are suitable candidates for automation. Using the RATE Assessment methodology, participants learn to systematically analyze tasks based on four criteria: Repetitiveness (frequency of task performance), Actionability by Rules (whether decisions follow clear logic), Time-Consumption (effort invested in the task), and Error-Proneness (potential for mistakes). The course helps participants move beyond assumptions about automation to make evidence-based decisions. By the end of the session, participants will be able to evaluate work processes to determine their suitability for automation using a structured assessment framework.
