This micro-credential is part of the DELTA Administrator series. This course teaches incoming and incumbent K-12 administrators about the critical role of culture in a Multilingual Learner (ML) program, and how to implement strategies for positive cultural communication within a school environment. Earners understand and foreground the impact of culture and family relationships on the ML student and their ability to succeed in English acquisition.
