Project Planning & Budgeting

This course provides a comprehensive framework for planning projects of any size with realistic timelines, resources, and budgets. The SCOPE Method covers five essential planning elements: Scope (defining what's included and excluded), Calendar (creating timelines with milestones), Operations (allocating resources and responsibilities), Price (estimating and tracking budget), and Exposure (identifying and mitigating risks). Participants learn to think systematically about all aspects of a project rather than diving straight into task lists. By the end of the session, participants will be able to create a basic project timeline with milestones and resource allocation estimates using the SCOPE Method.
